About this tool
Pick a preset (3-shift 24h, 2-shift 12h, 4-on-2-off, 5-on-2-off, 6-on-1-off) plus your cycle start date and starting position — the calculator rotates the pattern automatically across days, weeks, and months. The next 7 days appear as a list with shift name, hours, and time range. The monthly calendar grid colors each day by shift type and lets you tap a date to override it as off (national holiday, personal leave). Optional fields: daily wage and a night-shift multiplier (default 1.5x) produce a monthly salary preview. A weekly hours warning fires above 40h, mirroring UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13/2003 guidance. Export the schedule as a PNG to share via WhatsApp. Works fully offline.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which patterns are supported?
3-shift 24h (Morning-Afternoon-Night-Off, common in hospitals and 24h factories), 2-shift 12h (Day-Night-2x Off, security and gas stations), 4-on-2-off (modern factory rotations), 5-on-2-off (standard office), and 6-on-1-off (retail and gas station). Pick the one that matches your roster, then set the cycle start date and your starting slot.
How does the rotation work?
Once you set a start date and starting position, the calculator computes the slot index as (start_position + days_since_start) modulo cycle_length. So if today is day 5 of a 6-day cycle and you started on slot 0 four days ago, today's slot is index 4. The math is deterministic and works backwards too, so you can browse past months as well.
Can I mark holidays or personal leave?
Yes. Tap any day on the monthly calendar to mark it as off. Tap again to undo. Marked days show with a striped pattern and don't count toward weekly hours or salary preview.
Why does the weekly hours warning use 40?
Indonesian Manpower Law (UU 13/2003) caps regular working hours at 40 per week without overtime compensation. The warning is informational — your actual roster may legally include overtime, in which case the extra hours should be paid separately.
How accurate is the salary preview?
It's a rough estimate based on daily wage × number of working days, with night shifts multiplied (default 1.5x). Real payroll usually includes BPJS, BPJS-K deductions, allowances, transport, performance bonuses, and tax — none of those are factored here. For take-home pay, use the Net Salary Calculator instead.
