Data Collection

Ringkes tools run entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server unless you explicitly opt in to sync features. Tool data (schedules, calculator inputs) stay in your browser's localStorage and are never sent to our servers.

Account Data

If you create an account (optional), we store your email address and synced favorites/bookmarks. This data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. You can delete your account at any time via the account page.

Analytics

We use a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies. We collect anonymous pageview counts only (URL path). No personally identifiable information is collected or stored. The data belongs to us and is not shared with any third party.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to remember your language preference. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies.

Third-Party Services

Ringkes uses select third-party services for core functionality: cloud infrastructure (hosting, database, authentication), analytics, and email delivery. Each service is contractually bound to process data only as instructed by us and is configured to minimize data collection. A full list is available upon request.

Service Workers & Offline

Ringkes uses Service Workers to enable offline functionality. Service Workers run in your browser and cache tool files locally. No data is transmitted through the Service Worker for tracking purposes. You can clear cached data at any time via browser settings.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page in the app. To request deletion of any data not covered by self-service tools, email us at hello@ringkes.app. We will respond within 30 days.
