Acceptance
By using Ringkes (ringkes.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Usage
Ringkes tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use them without restriction. You may not use Ringkes for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
The Ringkes name, logo, and brand are our intellectual property. The individual tools themselves are provided as functional utilities. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell the tools as your own.
No Warranty
All tools and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the tools. Schedule data (KRL, MRT, LRT, TransJakarta) is sourced from public APIs and may contain inaccuracies or delays.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Ringkes tools or services, including but not limited to missed trains, incorrect calculations, or data loss.
Availability & Offline
We strive to keep all tools available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Tools that have been cached in your browser via Service Workers will continue to function offline regardless of server status.
Account & Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. We will attempt to notify you before termination where possible.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Ringkes after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via app announcement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first.
