About this tool
A focused meeting-notes tool with the structure teams actually use. Fields: title, date, location, attendees (one per row), agenda (numbered topics), discussion (free-form notes), decisions (one per row), action items (text + owner + due date, one per row), and the next meeting time. Switch to the Preview tab to see the formatted version live. The Saved tab lists every meeting you have stored, with one-tap load or delete. Export the active meeting as Markdown (cleanly formatted with task-list checkboxes for action items) or JSON. Print to PDF using the browser print dialog (the form is hidden, only the preview is shown). Works fully offline.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Edit, Preview, and Saved tabs?
Edit is the input form. Preview shows the formatted version of the current note as it will look when exported — useful to check formatting and completeness before sending. Saved lists every meeting you have stored, with one-tap load or delete.
How does the PDF export work?
The PDF button switches to the Preview tab, hides all input controls, and opens the browser print dialog. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to save the formatted preview as a PDF. Standard browser print — no server, no third-party library.
Can I link action items to an attendee?
Yes — each action item has a separate Owner field. Type the responsible person's name. The Markdown export renders it as "@owner" so the action item stands out in the output.
How is my data organized?
There are two storage slots: an auto-saved Draft (the meeting you are currently editing) and a Saved list (every meeting you have explicitly saved). Draft updates with every keystroke; Saved only changes when you tap Save. Both live in localStorage only.
