About this tool

A simple OKR (Objectives & Key Results) tracker. Add objectives, give each one 3-5 measurable key results, and set a progress percentage (0-100%) for every KR. The header shows an overall progress ring with a status badge (On Track at 70%+, At Risk at 40%+, Off Track below). Each objective card shows a per-objective progress bar and the average of its KRs. Everything saves to your browser automatically. Export the whole set as Markdown (for sharing) or JSON (for backup). Works fully offline.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is OKR?

OKR (Objectives and Key Results) is a goal-setting framework where each Objective is a qualitative goal and Key Results are 3-5 measurable outcomes that show progress toward it. A 70% completion rate on KRs is usually considered "On Track" — perfect 100% every quarter can mean the goals were set too conservatively.

How is the overall percentage calculated?

It is the simple average of every KR across every objective. So an objective with 4 KRs counts four times more than an objective with 1 KR. If you want weighted averages, weight by hand on the KR text and let the math stay simple.

What does each status badge mean?

On Track = 70% or higher (green), At Risk = 40-69% (amber), Off Track = below 40% (red). The thresholds are common OKR guidance; adjust them mentally to match your team culture.

Where is my data stored?

Only in your browser localStorage. Nothing is sent anywhere. Use Export JSON for backup and Import to restore on another device.
